We’ve temporarily stopped all Dubia roach sales, including recurring orders, so our inventory can recover. We expect to be out for several weeks, but we don’t have a restock date yet.
We still have plenty of worms available, along with enclosures and other supplies. Losing roach sales is going to hurt our business a lot, so ordering from us would really help. Sharing our posts or telling a friend helps too.
If you’ve already been charged for an order, you’ll still receive it. Subscriptions with worms will continue to process, but roaches won’t process until we’re back in stock.
Extreme heat in Wichita and across the country caused more roaches to arrive dead than we’ve ever experienced. Seasonal demand and other suppliers running low or closing also increased sales. We didn’t manage production and inventory well enough through all of this and oversold several sizes. We’re really sorry we’ve let you down. This break will help us get back to having the roaches you need consistently.
We’ve extended reward point expirations so you won’t lose your points while we’re out of roaches.
