Zoo Med Can O" Silkworms is a convenient way to add essential variety to your pet reptile's diet while also making sure that you always have food on hand for emergencies. These 1" silkworms can be used for feeding reptiles, amphibians, and birds. You can even use them as fishing bait!

Silkworms are softer than other feeder insects, making them easier to digest. They are also a good source of important essential amino acids and healthy polyunsaturated fat.

Instructions for Use:

Lizards and amphibians: Dust silkworms with calcium before offering to your reptile. Zoo Med canned silkworms may be offered in a shallow food dish or with feeding tongs. Feed an appropriate amount for the size of the animal you are feeding.

Aquatic turtles: Feed as much as they can consume in 5 minutes. Remove and discard any uneaten food.

Discard any uneaten silkworms after 24 hours.

Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
