We’ve temporarily paused all Dubia roach sales, including recurring orders, to give our inventory time to recover. We don’t have a restock date yet.
We still have plenty of worms, enclosures, and other supplies available. This pause is going to hit our business hard, so if you need anything, we’d really appreciate your business. Sharing a post or telling a friend about us helps too.
We didn’t manage production as well as we should have and oversold several sizes. Extreme heat in Wichita and across the country caused more roaches to arrive dead than we’ve ever experienced. Demand also increased as other suppliers ran low or closed. We didn’t adjust well enough, and that’s on us. We know you count on us to feed your animals, and we’re sorry we’ve let you down.
If you’ve already been charged for an order, you’ll still receive it. Subscriptions with worms will continue to process, but roaches won’t be included or charged until they’re back in stock.
We’ve extended reward point expirations so you won’t lose your points while we’re out of roaches. You can still use them on worms and other supplies.

If you need roaches from another supplier in the meantime, we understand. Your animals need to eat. We’ll post updates here as we know more, and you can sign up for restock alerts for the sizes you need. If you have questions about your order or subscription, please reach out to customer service.
