What are mealworms?
Mealworms are the larval stage of Tenebrio molitor, a type of darkling beetle. For decades, these little "worms" have been popular feeders and can be offered as part of a varied diet to bearded dragons, leopard geckos, skinks, frogs, tarantulas, scorpions, birds, and other exotic pets!
Our pre-cupped option is great for hobbyists that want a convenient alternative to "boxed" or "bagged" feeders and pet stores or resellers wanting a professional pre-packaged solution.
Each small mealworm is approximately 1/2" long.
How often should mealworms be offered?
Mealworms can be used as a regular part of your pet's diet, preferably as a rotation with at least two other types of "staple" feeder insects.

How to care for mealworms:
Mealworms should be kept chilled in a wine cooler, which will enable you to adjust the temp lower than a fridge. You can also put them on the top shelf of a refrigerator door between 42 and 50 degrees. They will become dormant and stay in perfect condition for 30 days.

Always alive and on time
The only place I will order bugs are always alive and customer service is great best price around

Great shop for all your insects
My bearded dragons love everything I have ordered so far. The quality and pricing is the best I've found. We have ordered several thousand insects and have had less than 10 total bugs that were delivered dead. This is the only store I trust for feeders.
