We do not recommend feeding many superworms. They are high in fat compared to mealworms, dubia, grubs, and hornworms, and are considered more of a "treat". If your pet is favoring superworms over other bugs, try not offering any superworms for a week or two.
What are superworms?
Superworms are the larval form of Zophobas morio, a type of darkling beetle. They're like mealworms, but bigger and fatter. This makes them good for use as occasional feeders or treats for reptiles, amphibians, and some arachnids.
We offer a pre-cupped option is great for hobbyists that want a convenient alternative to "boxed" or "bagged" feeders, and pet stores or resellers wanting a professional pre-packaged solution.
How big is each superworm?
Our medium superworms are approximately 1 1/2" long each.
How often can superworms be offered?
Superworms can be safely used as part of a rotation of feeder insects or as treats. Due to their higher fat content, avoid using superworms as a staple feeder.

Great Superworms
The worms arrived in great condition and my hedgehogs love them. Thank you for easy ordering and fantastic customer service.

Wouldn’t get them anywhere else!
I have ordered these mealworms several times and I haven’t had a single bad experience!

Worms!
I work at a pet shop so I thought I was getting a deal on worms & others but boy was I wrong! I was paying double the price for half the worms even with my discount as an employee. These are also better nourished than store-bought. Setting up auto ship after this purchase :]
