The Deep Heat Projector uses far less power than many standard heating systems. The 50W Deep Heat Projector can outperform a 100W ceramic heat lamp in both heat generation and projection, because this revolutionary lamp has a thick internal reflector, meaning far less of the heat is wasted. Heating up quickly, reaching, and maintaining the target temperature!

The Arcadia Deep Heat Projector produces virtually no visible light, which means that if it's used at night, it will not upset your reptile's important day/night cycles (circadian rhythms).
Like a ceramic heater, this lamp works best for boosting the air temperatures within your enclosure rather than as a basking heat source.
The lamp has a standard E27 fitting, so it can be used with any ceramic-socket dome heat lamp. If using the Deep Heat Projector inside your reptile's enclosure rather than on top, make sure to use with a heat lamp cage to protect your reptile from burns!
As with all lamps, the Deep Heat Projector should be used with a dimming thermostat to control its heat output. If used correctly this high quality, handmade heating lamp should provide you with years of stable heat provision.
