While we are all trying to protect our rights as reptile and exotic animal keepers, we need to take a step back and realize that we also need to change. If we held ourselves to a higher standard, we wouldn’t have to worry so much about laws being passed. Lack of ethics could one day be the death of our hobby. We need to strive for ethical keeping and breeding, we need to support pet stores that take care of their animals, we need to consider the impact we have on imported species, and we need to push for adoption of neglected animals that are in that position due to “bad apples” in our industry and lack of education. The welfare of the animals should always come first. Let’s not forget that.
Our costs are rising. We have implemented many cost-cutting measures over the past few years, and we are constantly working on new ways to increase our employees wages while also reducing the price of our insects. The last thing we want to do is raise our prices, and there are a few things you can do to help us keep our prices low while we improve our employees wages. The first is referrals. If you know of anyone with a pet who could use live bugs or supplies, refer them to us and you will get $5 for each referral. You can even get the referral bonus by sharing us in your social media groups, reddit, other websites, etc. The third thing you can do is recommend us to your local pet stores. If you refer a pet store to us and they sign up on our wholesale page, and they place an order (minimum $250), we will give you a $25 referral bonus! And of course continuing to shop with us rather than amazon, chewy, or other large companies that may have a slightly lower price. We are so thankful to each of our customers for supporting us, and our amazing team that puts in a ton of effort to make sure we are providing some of the highest quality bugs for your pets!

We ONLY accept returns on non-live, unopened, unused items. We do not cover shipping costs for returns, so they will be taken out of the final return amount.

We want you to have peace of mind, so for the next few months we will cover 100% of order issues. It doesn’t matter what the temperature is, how long your shipment takes to arrive, or whether the postal service loses your package. We do ask that you please consider the economic impact this can have on us if it is exploited, so to minimize the impact this has we ask that you please keep an eye on your tracking information and make sure your package doesn’t sit outside. If you don't think you will be home when your order arrives, we ask that you please have your package held at your local post office. Thank you for your support!
Due to the extreme weather and shipping carrier delays, we highly suggest that you have your packages held for pickup at your local post office or sign up for text tracking updates with USPS. Not only are there shipping delays, but even the times that packages sit on a hot delivery truck have significantly increased. We are seeing many customers affected by this, and where they normally get their mail delivered by noon they are now getting their mail late in the evening. This means your bugs will be sitting on a hot truck for most of the day before finally arriving at your door.
