If you have a recurring order that is not being sent out, you may have an item that is out of stock as this will cause your orders to be suspended until the item is back in stock. You can check which item this is by checking our website for up to date information or contacting our customer care team via the live chat option. If you still want to receive your subscription, simply remove the out of stock item from your order and it will process as normal. Alternatively, you can make a one-time purchase order through the website for the products that you would like, just be aware that if we get the item back in stock by the time your recurring order is due to process again, your order will be processed and sent even if you have placed a one-time purchase order in the meantime.
