I have not yet received my refund

Please bear in mind that refunds can take 3 - 5 business days, depending on your financial institution of choice, from the date on the email notification that you received of your refund, please allow that time before contacting us about your refund. If that time has passed be sure to double-check your bank statement and you can contact us to ensure that the refund was issued correctly but this is usually a matter that would need to be taken up with your bank as once the refund has been issued from our account, it is then down to your bank to process the refund.
