How do you use the dubia diet/roach chow?

This can be mixed with a little water and made into an instant paste to feed the dubia, or you can simply offer it in a low lipped dish dry. If mixed with water it can provide some hydration for your dubia, but when offered dry you will need to offer a source of hydration such as water crystals.
