Istredd is an adult male leopard gecko who was surrendered to us back in March. He was pretty emaciated when he was surrendered and he has put on a lot of weight while here. Istredd has MBD, so he has multiple spinal kinks and his legs are curved permanently. Istredd has a good appetite and eats mealworms, small crickets, and occasionally small dubia or waxworms. He cannot digest lots of chitin, so larger dubia are not recommended for him. Istredd is a little nervous with people but has been doing better with gentle handling.

We would recommend Istredd for a more intermediate leopard gecko owner. Our volunteers really like working with this little gecko, he's made an incredible recovery and is a really personable gecko. He does have vet records at our local veterinarian.
